We are trying our best to process all orders without compromising the health and safety of our employees and customers. Please also note that some areas are harder to reach than others due to the enhanced community restrictions. Rest assured we are doing the best we can to get your products to you as soon as possible.

You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is already scheduled for delivery for the week and estimated delivery dates.

Just keep in mind that delivery of orders will have some delays since we are not yet fully operational and working on limited manpower.

For Metro Manila deliveries, you will receive the details of our delivery rider and contact number once your order is already out for delivery.

For provincial deliveries, we will email the tracking number provided by J&T Express. Please note that due to the different community quarantines in different provinces, expect some delays.

Generally, Metro Manila orders will take 2 -3 business days and provincial orders 5-10 business days upon receiving the payment of your order.

You can pay your orders through Bank Deposit: BDO or BPI. For debit and credit card transactions, you can pay through Paypal. We also accept GCash and Cash on Delivery.

Due to the community quarantine, some banks may not be accessible as of the moment. You can pay through online bank transfer to our BDO or BPI account using your Mobile Banking App. Just email us a screenshot of your payment to online@scribewritingessentials.com

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can make changes like adding more items, cancelling other items, or replacing them. Just email your request to online@scribewritingessentials.com so we can respond to it immediately.

We will not process and ship your order until we receive the full payment for your order. If payment is not received within 5 days, order will automatically be cancelled. 

If you received a confirmation e-mail from us saying that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it yet, we recommend to check the information you have submitted to see if there’s something you missed out. You may also send an e-mail to online@scribewritingessentials.com regarding your concern so we can verify it.

The fee for shipping is: P150.00 for Metro Manila and Provinces. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of P2,500.00 and above. 

Please be reminded that shipping fee will already be included in your total billing and you do not have to pay additional shipping fee upon receiving your order.

You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped which includes the tracking information of your order. The status of your order will be marked as “Completed” once we have already shipped your order.

To follow up on the status of your order, you may send an inquiry to online@scribewritingessentials.com . Just put “Order Inquiry” in the subject part of the email and indicate the order number.

Note: Delivery of orders will depend on courier’s schedule of delivery. 

Scribe Online Store operations are Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 5:00 pm. Online store is closed during Sundays and holidays.

In case you have given us an incorrect shipping address, email us immediately to online@scribewritingessentials.com. If it has not been shipped yet, we can still correct it before your order goes to the shipping company.

If your order has been shipped and ends up being returned to us, you shall be responsible for paying the cost of shipping it again. We will get in touch with you to coordinate your options before reshipping the products.

If there are damaged or missing items on your order, inform us immediately through e-mail online@scribewritingessentials.com and attached some photos as evidence.

Signature confirmation is a way to make sure that your order will not be delivered without your signature. In case you’re not at home when the order is delivered, you may authorize someone to receive it for you provided there is an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID for confirmation.

Scribe is an authorized distributor and dealer of all the brands we offer. We purchase our products directly to the manufacturer and its originating country or from authorized distributors.
